Thing #3

Creating the Avatar was easy...but posting it was hard. I thought I was following the directions but I guess I didn't. I finally figured it out. When I did, it went smoothly. I loved creating the Avatar. I think I spent almost 30-40 min. playing with all the pictures and backgrounds, (just like the students.) I love working from home. It really makes my life easier. I'll continue tomorrow. See ya, and hope you are enjoying your summer.

Your blog name is great - I'm logging in 1. because I'm curious to see what you might be confessing and 2. because it is part of Thing #12. I'm a bit ahead of you...(I don't have little kids at home so I can sit on my couch and pretend there is nothing to do around the house and crank away at earning staff development hours...). Keep going, there are some really fun things coming (and a few that aren't).

Good for you! You may find that some of the tasks may be a bit challenging, but they can all be done. I look forward to reading your future posts.

I think many of us had a slow start but things have improved. This is not a staff development that can be rushed through, but I think it has the posibilities of being one of the more valuable.

Just had to pop in: your avatar is awesome. Is that you or your alter-ego?

Either way, it is the best I've seen yet!

I'm nearing the home stretch (currently working on thing 19), but I too think this has been one of the best staff development options our district has ever offered!
